Section 1 in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Standards of Performance of Distribution Licensee) Regulations, 2006
1. Short Title, Extent, Applicability, and Commencement.
(1)These Regulations shall be called the "Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Standards of Performance of Distribution Licensee) Regulations, 2006."(2)These Regulations extend to the whole State of Bihar.(3)These Regulations shall be applicable to all distribution licensees in their respective licensed areas in the State of Bihar.(4)These Regulations shall come into force after three months from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
