Section 2(ii) in The Rajasthan Grant & Payment of Old Age Pension Rules, 1974
(ii)"Bonafide resident" means a resident of Rajasthan since birth or has been living in Rajasthan for at least last 7 years or repatriates of Burma settled permanently in Rajasthan or displaced person from Pakistan who migrated to India during or in the wake of 1971 Indo Pak war and have settled permanently in Rajasthan after grant of Indian citizenship.]
