81. Powers of Assistant Collector of second class.
- An Assistant Collector of the second class shall in addition to the powers conferred by or under any other provision of this Act, have power to investigate report on such cases as the Deputy Commissioner or the Revenue Assistant may, from time to time, commit to him for investigation and report.
