/802In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3, read with clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 25 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008), the Central Government hereby constitutes an Agency to be called the National Investigation Agency and Marks the Following rules, namely:-
