Section 25(1) in Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Stock Exchanges and Clearing Corporations) Regulations, 2018
(1)The appointment, renewal of appointment and termination of service of the managing director of a recognised stock exchange or a recognised clearing corporation shall be subject to the prior approval of the Board.
