Section 95(2) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994
(2)If it shall not be possible to reconstitute the Panchayati Raj Institution within the time specified in Clause (b) of Sec-Section (3), of Section 17 because of any stay by any competent Court or authority on any general election to the Panchayati Raj Institution concerned and the proceedings consequent thereon the consequences specified in Clauses (b) and (c) of Sub-Section (1) shall follow.
