Section 63 in Tamil Nadu National Law School Act, 2012
63. Librarian.
(1)The Librarian shall be a whole time officer of the School appointed by the Executive Council on the recommendation of the Selection Committee constituted for the purpose for such period and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.(2)The Librarian shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be assigned to him by the Executive Council.
