(5)Except in a case requiring special skill, copying charges for execution petitions, diglott registers sale proclamations, books of account or other matters, including lines and columns shall be levied with reference to the space occupied, provided that not more than 175 words shall ordinarily be copied on or computed as the equivalent of one page.
