 14.    1.       Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

2. The mother along with the child as well as the father is present in the Court today. Endeavor was made from the side of this Court interacting with the parents as well as the child individually.

3. Pursuant to the order dated 14.05.2025, the Opposite Party No.2 furnished an affidavit expressing his willingness to get his son admitted in Sai International School or KIIT International School, Bhubaneswar from Class-IV and to bear the educational expenses in the best interest of the child.

4. In view of the above order passed by this Court and the affidavit furnished by the Opposite Party No.2, mother expressed her inability to give the child education away from Balasore.

5. In view of the above, this Court interacted with the child and the parents individually as well as together but found the child to be well oriented and expressed in clear terms to get himself admitted where his mother will be with him. He further expressed that he would get himself admitted anywhere else only from Class-VIII onwards, if the parents wish to get him admitted in good school.

6. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to pass any order with regard to the admission of the child in any other school for the present but to continue in the school where he is prosecuting his study at Basta in the district of Balasore.

7. List this matter on 17.10.2025 for further hearing.

8. Interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next date.
