2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has invited our attention to the restrainment order passed by this Court in Writ Petition no. 542 of 2018 and submitted that during pendency of this petition and operation of the order dated 18th June, 2018, the respondents have issued fresh advertisement for proceeding ahead with the recruitment.
3. The order passed by this Court on 18 th June, 2018, insofar as it is relevant for the purpose of this contempt petition, is reproduced as under :

4. The advertisement bearing no. 04/2019 has been issued for recruiting Electrical Assistants on honourarium.
5. Issue notice before admission to the respondents, returnable on 19th August, 2019.
6. Hamdast is granted.
