Section 17(1) in The Chhattisgarh Panchayat Nirvachan Niyam, 1995
(1)The State Government shall, when so requested by the Commission make available to the Commission such officers and staff as may be necessary for the discharge of functions conferred on the Commission under the Act and these Rules.
