Section 1 in The Prison (Punjab Amendment) Act, 1926
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
- This Act may be called the Prison (Punjab Amendment) Act, 1926.(2)It extends to the Punjab.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint in this behalf.
