Section 7(4) in The Karnataka Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1976
(4)The amount of tax so assessed I[or the amount of penalty so levied] [nserted by Act 18 of 1994 w.e.f. 1.4.1994] shall be paid within fifteen days of receipt of the notice of demand from the assessing authority.
