Respondent: Mr. Lalit Kr. Bhandari, DGM and Mr. SR Murali, PIO & GM on video conference from NIC-Mumbai Studio;
The PIO has not given information regarding query-4 and the excuse given is not really valid the PIO is directed to provide the information about the vacancies in the various reserved categories to the Appellant as of the last day for which it is available.
As regards query-5 the Commission is directing the PIO to provide the information for the year 2011.
Decision:
The Appeal is allowed.
The PIO is directed to provide the information as directed above to the Appellant before 30 March 2012.
This decision is announced in open chamber. Notice of this decision be given free of cost to the parties. Any information in compliance with this Order will be provided free of cost as per Section 7(6) of RTI Act.
