Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution
of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the
Respondents herein to properly constitute the selection committee strictly
in accordance with AICTE norms and in accordance with Sec. 5(4) and
53 of the PTU Act, 2019 and thereafter to conduct fresh CAS Scheme
pending outcome of the litigations pending in regard to the same and to
defer implementation of CAS Interviews till such proper constitution
