Section 17(1) in The Rajasthan Colonisation (Jawai Project Government Lands Allotment and Sale) Rules, 1978
(1)The State Government shall fix the scale of reserve prices which may be charged for Government lands allotted under these rules. Such prices may be different for different areas and different classes of land.
