1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Government Advocate and perused the petition, including the Annexures attached therewith.
2. The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to allow the petitioner to submit a personal bond and two sureties in one case which should be sufficient in all the cases in which he has been granted bail.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is impossible for the petitioner to submit separate sureties in the cases he has been granted bail. The learned further submits that despite the petitioner has been allowed bail in all the cases lodged against him, he is in jail inasmuch he, being a poor person, is unable to produce sureties in each cases.
4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the petitioner is directed to execute personal bond of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakhs only) and produce two sureties, who shall execute bond of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees two lakhs and fifty thousands only) which will hold good in respect of the following Crime/FIR nos:
