320. "V.G."
- "V.G." is the highest character assessment attainable even by the sailor whose behaviour has been exemplary throughout the year. It shall not, therefore, be awarded automatically to a sailor whose general behaviour has not been satisfactory, merely because he has avoided major punishments.
