28. Power to make rules. -
The State Government may by notification make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act.[ 29. Repeal. - The Usurious Loans Act, 1918, as amended in its application to Uttar Pradesh, is hereby repealed with effect from August 10, 1976 in relation to loans and advances to which the provisions of this Act apply] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 1 of 1979.]
