Section 45 in Goa Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2019
45. Employees of the authority etc. to be public servants.
- Every employee of the authority and the Council shall be deemed to, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act, be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (45 of 1860).
