Section 21 in The West Bengal Schools (Control of Expenditure) Act, 2005
21. Power to remove difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may take such steps or issue such orders not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as the State Government may consider necessary for removing such difficulty:Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of two years from the commencement of this Act.
