Section 28(1) in Rajasthan Bhamashah (Direct Transfer of Public Welfare Benefits and Delivery of Services) Act, 2017
(1)The Authority shall prepare in each financial year, in such form and at such time as may be prescribed, its budget for the next financial year, showing the estimated receipts and expenditure of the Authority and forward the same for the approval of the State Government.
