Section 80(1) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Transaction of Business) Regulations, 2005
(1)Subject to such conditions and limitation as may be directed by the Commission. the cost of and incidental to all proceedings may be awarded at the discretion of the Commission and the Commission shall have full power to determine by whom or out of what funds and to what extent such costs are to be paid and give all necessary directions for the aforesaid purposes.
