UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner has placed on record a list of 22 similar Special Leave Petitions which are based on the decision of the Constitution Bench in the case of Indore Development Authority v. Manoharlal and Others.
The Registry is directed to seek directions from Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India for listing these 22 cases along with the present matters so that all the cases can be heard together.
