Section 11(3) in Haryana Management of Municipal Properties and State Properties Rules, 2007
(3)Any application under clause (a) of sub-rules (1) and (2), shall be made in the same manner as provided in sub-rules (2) to (5) of rule 6 and any application under clause (b) of sub-rules (1) and (2), shall be made in the same manner as provided in sub-rules (4) to (7) of rule 8 and shall be governed by the same conditions as provided under sub-rule (1), (2) or (3) of rule 8, as the case may be.
