Section 64(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Wakafs Act, 2001
(1)All monies received by the Council from all the Wakafs of the State and all other monies received by it as donation, beneficiations, zakat, grants and aids shall form the funds of the Council to be called the State Wakaf Fund.
