12. Application for Legal Services.
(1)Any person requiring Legal Aid, Legal Advice or Legal Services may make an application addressed to the Secretary of the Committee.(2)The Committee shall maintain a register of application wherein all applications for Legal Aid, Legal Advice or Legal Services shall be entered and registered and the action taken on such applications shall be noted against the entry relating to each such application.
