(3)Seats for admission in the University, for the students belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, De-notified Tribes (Vimukta Jatis), Nomadic Tribes, Other Backward Classes and handicapped students, shall be reserved as per the policy of the State Government :Provided that, the total reservation in any case shall not exceed fifty per cent.
