Order 09/10/2024
1. The present batch of writ petitions have been filed against the orders dated 28.09.2022 & 06.09.2022, whereby, a direction has been issued for recovery of amount withdrawn by the employees under the New Pension Scheme during the period of 01.04.2022 to 28.08.2022.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the State Government, after taking into consideration the facts and circumstances, has passed an order dated 04.10.2024 whereby, the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed.
3. The order dated 04.10.2024 which has been filed along with the affidavit of the respondents is taken on record.
4. In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the relief prayed for in the writ petitions has already been granted to the petitioners.
5. In view of the submissions made before this court, the writ petitions are dismissed as rendered infructuous.
