Section 3(3) in The Rajasthan Colonisation (Allotment of Government Land to Ghair Dakhilkar Tenant in Paintalisa Area) Conditions, 1970
(3)No person shall be entitled as of right [to a grant] [Inserted, Deleted and Substituted by Notification dated 13.05.1971-Rajasthan Gazette, Part IV-(C), dated 23.01.1975.] or to become a tenant and the Government reserves to itself the right and absolute discretion in selection of applicants for allotment of lands under these Conditions.
