Section 14(2) in Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University Act, 2010
(2)The Registrar shall be an academician in the rank, of Professor having total service of twenty years in a recognized University, preferably in Veterinary. Science, Dairy Science or related animal or biological Science; or a practitioner of Veterinary or animal sciences having post graduate degree in management or Ph.D. with twenty years of experience altogether.
