272. Taxes which are levied and collected by the Union and may be distributed between the Union and the States [Repealed ]
Taxes which are levied and collected by the Government of India, and such other duties of customs and excise as are mentioned in the Union List, shall be levied and collected by the Government of India and shall be distributed between the Union and the States in the manner provided in this Chapter.[Repealed by the Constitution (Eightieth Amendment) Act, 2000 (w.e.f. 9-6-2000)]
