As the issue agitated in this petition is monetary one
alone, there is no warrant, in the context of shortage of Judges, to
allow the application for early hearing.
In this view of the matter, counsel for the petitioner
seeks permission to withdraw the application for early hearing.
He is permitted to do so. Application for early hearing is dismissed as withdrawn.
Meanwhile, the interim order to continue.
