7. Enrolling officers .-The following persons shall be the "enrolling officers" for the purpose of section 13, namely:-
(a)all recruiting and assistant recruiting officers including officers of the Indian Navy or of the Air Force, who may be appointed as such,(b)the officer commanding of a regiment, battalion or training or regimental centre, and(c)any extra assistant recruiting officer or other person who may be appointed as an "enrolling officer" by the Adjutant General.
