Section 264(3) in The Dedicated Freight Corridor Railway General Rules, 2018
(3)Procedure for obtaining permit-to-work in the danger zone of traction, electrical equipment or overhead equipment shall be in accordance with the special instructions complying with the provisions prescribed in these rules.
