1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard.
3. Since on the face of the order passed by this Court on 19.12.2024, Opp. Party No. 1 is not releasing the fund for payment of salary and the Contempt Petition filed by the Petitioner in CONTC No. 1657 of 2025 was not pressed, this Court considering the dispute involved, is inclined to issue notice on the question of admission.
4. Since Mr. Praveen Swarup, learned counsel appearing for the ICAR contended that he can appear on behalf of Opp. Party Nos. 1 to 3, no notice need be issued to the said Opp. Parties.
5. Let a copy of the writ petition be served on Mr. A. Mohanty, learned counsel who has earlier appeared in this case by 11th July, 2025.
