56. Not to address appeals, representations, petitions to outside authority or person.
- No employee shall address any appeal, representation or petition to any outside authority or person, in respect of a matter pertaining to the employee's service in the Authority. Addressing such appeals, representations or petitions shall be deemed to be a breach of discipline.
