Section 8(1) in The Punjab Ad Hoc, Contractual, Daily Wage, Temporary, Work Charged and Outsourced Employees Welfare Act, 2016
(1)The seniority of the employees governed by this Act shall be fixed below the junior most employee in the relevant cadre on the date of coming into force of this Act.
