Section 47(ii) in The Manual of Procedure for Alternative Disputes Resolution 2009 to be Used by the Courts in the State of Rajasthan as Well as by the Arbitrators for Disposal of Cases
(ii)The party, filing the draft amended pleadings, shall serve on all parties a copy of such draft amended pleadings.
