35. Amendment of section 60A.-
In section 60A of the principal Act,-(i) in sub- section (1), for the words" twenty per cent. of such fine", the words" fifty per cent. of such fine" shall be substituted;(ii)in sub- section (2), for the words" twenty per cent. of such money", the words" fifty per cent. of such money" shall be substituted.
