Section 22(1) in The Merchant Shipping (Wrecks and Salvage) Rules, 1974
(1)For the purposes of determining the value of any property salved or for valuating any factor referred in sub-rule (1) of rule 21 of the receiver may appoint a valuer from a penal of valuers which shall be recommended to him principal officer on request.
