This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2504 of 2023 dated 01.08.2023 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukottai.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Recording the said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
