20. Procedure.
(1)The provisions of Chapters IV to VI of these regulations may be applied mutatis mutandis to a settlement application filed under this Chapter and a settlement order passed accordingly.(2)The information, documents and evidence provided by the applicant under this chapter shall be submitted in the manner specified by the Board.
