Application for exemption from surrendering is rejected. The petitioners are granted eight weeks' time to surrender. It is made clear that if the petitioners do not surrender and file proof of surrender within eight weeks, it shall be presumed that they are not interested in pursuing the special leave petition and the same shall be dismissed without further reference to the Court.
