Section 105(1)(a) in Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994

(a)to transfer any officer or servant of the District Panchayat (including the [Secretary] [Substituted for the words 'Chief Executive Officer' by Tamil Nadu Panchayats (Third Amendment) Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 28 of 1998).]) to the service of any other District Panchayat or to any Municipality constituted under the Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Act, 1920 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1920);
