Section 24(3) in Multi-State Co-Operative Societies (Registration, Membership, Direction & Management, Settlement of Disputes, Appeal & Revision) Rules, 1985
(3)If within half an hour from the time appointed for the meeting aquorum is not present, the meeting shall stand adjourned :Provided that a meeting which has been called on requisition of the members shall not be adjourned but dissolved.
