Section 57(8)(b) in The Chit Funds (Madhya Pradesh) Rules, 1984

(b)Where the property is in the possession of some person on behalf of a defaulter, the delivery thereof shall be made by giving notice to the person in possession direct him to give actual place till the judgement creditor and prohibiting him from delivering possession of the property to any other person.
