15.
Section 15 - If the owner of a cotton ginning or pressing factory for which a licence has been granted for the season wants to close the factory before the end of the season, he shall apply for permission to do so to the State Government through the Director of Agriculture, Haryana, stating clearly the reasons for the same and take necessary action only after the receipt of sanction.
