Section 11(1) in Chhattisgarh State Co-operative Tribunal Regulations, 2016
(1)The Tribunal shall fix a date for hearing and notice of the dates fixed for hearing shall be issued to the parties concerned by registered post acknowledgment due in the Form "E", annexed to these regulations. A copy of the memorandum of appeal, revision or review petition, as the case may be, shall be furnished to the respondent.
