Section 11(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Requisition of Immovable Property Act, 1987
(1)Any person aggrieved by an order of requisition made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of section 3 may, within thirty days from the date of service of the order, prefer an appeal to the Government:Provided that the Government may entertain the appeal after expiry of the said period of thirty days if it is satisfied that the appellant was prevented by sufficient cause from filing the appeal in time.
